Delivery Information
Whitegoods online offers you the choice of pick up or delivery.
If you would like to pick up your new whitegoods you are welcome to come to the warehouse at Camperdown where our friendly staff will help load it up. Please ensure that you are able to fit the product into your vehicle or trailer.
Whitegoods Online offers free delivery to much of the Sydney metropolitan area*. Please see our map to find out if you qualify for free delivery. A charge of $90.00 will apply to deliveries within the outer metropolitan areas of Sydney.
If you do not live inside the Sydney metropolitan area, please contact us to arrange for delivery. We will quote a delivery price using an alternative contracted delivery service once we have your required delivery address.
Whitegoods Online will also provide a free removal/disposal service for your old appliance* if your delivery is within the Sydney metropolitan area.

Delivery Times
Whitegoods Online will deliver your purchases within a maximum of 5 working days. If we do not have available stock of the product you require we will advise you and offer advice on alternative similar products or we can provide a full refund.
Pick Up from the Whitegoods Online Warehouse
You are welcome to pick up your purchases from the Whitegoods Online warehouse. The warehouse is open from Monday to Friday from 9am to 4pm.
You’ll find our warehouse located at the corner of Mallet Street and Bignall Lane, Camperdown NSW. You can enter Mallet Street off Parramatta road or Pyrmont Bridge Road. Please see the map for further details.
*New Product Delivery and Old Product Disposal/Removal Conditions
- Whitegoods online will endeavour to provide a delivery time as close as possible to your requested time.
- If this is not possible we will contact you.
- If you wish to change your delivery time you must give Whitegoods online 48 hours notice.
- All deliveries must be signed for.
- If you are not available when your purchase is delivered a $60.00 redelivery fee will be charged.
- Deliveries outside the Sydney metropolitan area will incur a delivery fee.
- Please see our delivery map to see if you qualify for free delivery.
- You will need to contact whitegoods online to arrange delivery outside the Sydney metropolitan area.
- Whitegoods online will arrange delivery via our own contracted drivers or alternative methods.
- Whitegoods online will stipulate which delivery method is to be used.
- All care is taken however no responsibility will be taken for damage to private property.
- Any product being removed from your property must be like or similar to the newly delivered product.
- Goods removed will be considered to have no value
- The removal must take place at the same time as your delivery.
- The item to be removed must be disconnected from any power source, water and gas connections prior to being removed.
- Failure to do so will result in the free removal/disposal offer being made void.
- Free removal and disposal is available to the Sydney metropolitan area only.
